All resolutions were conducted by a poll and were carried. The Company notes that Resolution 6 was passed as a special resolution. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the attached information is provided in relation to the resolutions put to members of the Company at the AGM. As previously announced on 9 October 2024, Mr Timothy Cornish sought re-election at the AGM as a Non-Executive Director per Resolution 3. Mr Cornish previously served as Executive Director and due to other commitments and opportunities, will now step back from day-to-day executive duties. Mr Cornish remains a substantial shareholder and actively involved in the strategic direction of Pentanet.
